Free Association
Psychoanalysis
Rule or method of free association is characteristic of psychic functioning of the constituted neurosis. It affixes to the association led to rational thought, but is not synonymous with indeterminacy. The discovery of psychoanalysis has shown instead that the free associations were conducting a psychic determinism of running the preconscious (and not of the unconscious as the surrealists believed) that the same are the fundamental rule of the cure. The unconscious appears, if one can say that by the symbolic unconscious defenses or dams.
